At the Couture Club our store team are our brand ambassadors. We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Flagship Trafford Centre store. If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background, can maintain the highest of retail standards, lead by example and provide the ultimate customer experience, then we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service experience to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable shopping experience and effectively managing complaints when they arise.
  • Supporting the opening and closing of the store
  • Inspire, excite and motivate the team by communicating product newness, deliver product knowledge and other product info to help drive sales
  • Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation, spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Understanding security procedures, and playing an active role in preventing stock loss
  • Assisting the management team in leading the team to meet KPIs for the store
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases
  • Deal with any customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure the store is clean and tidy and inspect all areas and report any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays with our Marketing Team
  • Assisting with store HR matters

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment within a senior or supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer management abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Able to solve problems and make decisions
