TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Couture Club – Year’s Supply of Couture Mainline Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is The Couture Club (“Promoter”), with its registered office at 40-42 Matthews Street, M12 5BB, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of The Couture Club or any company professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

1. The promotion opens at Wednesday 28th January and closes at 10AM Wednesday 4th February (“Promotion Period”).
2. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must Follow the instagram account, Like the post, share and comment their size during the Promotion Period.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Mutiple entires per person is permitted unless otherwise expressly stated.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive a year’s supply of The Couture Club couture Mainline (“Prize”).
2. For the purposes of this promotion, a “year’s supply” is defined as a maximum retail value allowance of £500 per calendar quarter, redeemable over four (4) consecutive quarters, for a total maximum Prize value of £2,000.
3. The quarterly allowance must be redeemed within the applicable quarter. Any unused allowance will be forfeited and will not roll over to subsequent quarters.
4. The Prize may be redeemed solely against The Couture Club’s Mainline products and is subject to product availability, sizing, and the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
6. Any costs not expressly included in the Prize description, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
2. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

1. The winner will be notified via Social Media direct message.
2. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide any requested information.
3. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, The Couture Club reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Fulfilment

1. Prize fulfilment will commence following winner verification and will run for a period of twelve (12) months.
2. The Promoter will determine the process by which the quarterly allowance may be redeemed and may impose reasonable administrative requirements.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays or failure in fulfilment caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their name, image, and likeness in marketing and promotional materials by The Couture Club, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Data Protection

1. Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with The Couture Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
2. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the promotion unless the entrant has provided explicit consent for additional uses.

11. Liability

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failures, system errors, or third-party interference.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Couture Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or from acceptance or use of the Prize.

12. General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
