What do I need to know before signing up to THE CLUB?

THE CLUB is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase. When collecting points, you unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

You will find all your digital receipts from online purchases in your membership account. Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member or 16 with consent from your parents or legal guardian

How Do I Collect Points?

All your online purchases are rewarded with points. You can also earn points in ways such as following us on social media, downloading our app, and inviting your friends to become members. Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 48 hours to update.

 

How Do I Invite My Friends And How Many Points Will I Earn?

You can invite as many friends as you like to become members. Every time a new friend signs up via your invite and makes their first purchase, you'll earn 50 membership points. The invitation link can be found on your member account page online or in the Couture Club app. Please note that you can only invite friends that reside in the same country as you.

 

Where Can I Find My Rewards?

You will find your latest offers and rewards on your My Account page. Please note that once you redeemed a discount or reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.

 

How Do I Spend my Voucher?

Your Vouchers can be applied at the checkout online by selecting Add To Bag. The Bonus Voucher amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase and not on the total amount. This means that when you return one or more items, you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each individual item you are returning.Please note that vouchers do have minimum thresholds by spend. £5 = £35 spend, £10 = £75 spend, £15 = £100 spend, £20 = £150 spend.

Will I Be Refunded My Vouchers If I Make A Return?

Vouchers will not be refunded / reissued if you make a return or exchange. The Voucher amount is distributed evenly across each item of your purchase, so if you return one or more items, you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item. Exchanges are available in store only, where you will be given an exchange for an item of the same value to the one you are returning.

Why Haven’t I Received My Bonus Voucher Yet?

You receive a £5 Bonus Voucher for every 100 points you collect. Bonus Vouchers will appear on your My Account page within 14 days after collecting your 100 points. A maximum of 3 Bonus Vouchers can be earned each month, and a maximum of 20 Bonus Vouchers can be earned per year.

How Long Are My Vouchers Valid?

Vouchers must be used within 6 months and the expiry date can be found below each voucher on your My Account page.

How Long Are My Points Valid?

Your membership points are valid for 12 months from the start date of your membership year. The start date can be found in your accounts page. At the end of each membership year, all points will be reset, and a new membership year starts.

When Do I Reach The Next Tier?

Your membership level will automatically be set at Entry Level, to upgrade to the higher tiers and receive more exclusive rewards you must spend the following or gain the equivalent in points. View which tier you qualify for in 'The Club' page. You can also view which tier you are currently at, and how many points to reach the next level on your My Accounts page.

How Long Will My Membership Level Last?

Once you unlock the higher tier, you will stay at that tier for the remainder of the current membership year as well as the entire membership year that follows.

How Much Is A Point Worth?

You collect one point for every £1 you spend.

How Do I Receive My Welcome Offer?

Once you create your account online, the Welcome Offer will appear on your My Account page. This can take up to 48 hours. If you haven't received it by then, please contact our Customer Service team.

Do I Need The App To Be A CLUB Member?

You don't need the Couture Club app to become a CLUB member as you can also create your account at thecoutureclub.com.

How Long Is An Offer Valid?

This depends on the offer as expiry dates vary. All expiry dates are displayed on each offer.

Do I Collect Points On All Purchases?

Yes, all purchases within the app and online will earn you points except for gift cards.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting Customer Service.

What Happens once I reach the next Tier?

Once you reach the next Tier you will receive an email with all of your new Tier Benefits. You won’t receive the benefits until 14 days after the purchase covering our Returns Period.

How Do I Receive My Membership Gift?

Once you qualify for a Membership Gift, you will be notified via email – your Exclusive Free Gift will be waiting for you at the checkout upon placing your next purchase.Membership Gifts will be updated and sent out on a Quarterly Basis. They are Exclusive to Members ONLY and shall never be available for Purchase. These Gifts cannot be returned for any value.

When is the Membership Year?

Our Membership Year starts on the 1st of April and ends on March 31st.
