Job Overview:

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and scaling our paid search and paid social channels. You will be accountable for developing, implementing, and optimising effective paid media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. You will be tasked bringing our paid search and paid social media advertising in-house, and growing out our accounts to increase traffic, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid search and paid social channels.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on performance metrics to track and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy and brand identity.
  • Develop and execute tests to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and scale in paid search and social media advertising.
  • Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our advertising stays ahead of the curve

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search and paid social advertising.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
