We know your day to day lives are disrupted right now, I think it’s fair to say we are all feeling the effects of COVID-19 mentally and physically. In the light of this current pandemic, we just wanted to update you of the fundamental steps we have taken here at The Couture Club and the extra precautions undertaken to re-enforce your confidence at this time of uncertainty. 

To ensure the safety and well-being of our customer’s and staff, we have immediately implemented the following: Additional hygiene measures, Extended return’s policy in-store, Ban on in-store collections, Cashless payments only in-store until further notice, and all planned events and SS20 campaigns have now been cancelled. Our delivery services DPD and Royal Mail now have plans in place for a no contact drop off service removing the need for direct contact for both parties. Read more - Royal Mail & DPD

We are also confidently prepared for Government announcements, to which our dedicated staff will instantly be able to work from home with the reassurance of financial support. Business is open as usual for now, but we kindly please ask for your patience as and when things may escalate - We will keep you updated as we go through this together. 

We are relentlessly working on doing everything that we can and are currently reprioritising all of our focuses. We encourage our Couture community to also take the extra precautions necessary to protect their health and those around them; and to monitor the advice from the WHO, CDC and NHS if you are feeling un-sure. Lastly, we’re not completely sure as a brand what we should be posting about right now and would love to find out about how you guys are currently feeling. Do you still want to see new collections and product launches? Or would you rather us take a break, concentrating on more mindful content.
